Lise is a 2018 MSc graduate in Nutrition and Food Science, specialized in Nutraceutical engineering at Rennes 1 University.

She worked as Editorial Assistant for a bilingual magazine dedicated to functional and health foods. This experience enabled her, on the one hand, to develop her taste for writing professional articles, and on the other, to be in contact with manufacturers via press invitations and trade shows (Vitafoods, CFIA).

Lise joined ATESSIA in March 2019 as a Regulatory Monitoring Editor for ATESSIA Intelligence to participate in the writing and analysis of articles within the Atessia intelligence department.
