Blandine began her career at INNOTECH International, where she played a key role in organizing a Quality System for Exploitant, focusing on both system and product aspects.

She then expanded her experience by joining Alliance Healthcare Répartition, where she held positions of responsibility in Pharmaceutical Affairs for over 10 years, including acting as Interim Responsible Pharmacist. During this period, she managed pharmaceutical activities related to distributing establishments, coordinated the implementation of risk analysis procedures, and handled inspections conducted by authorities.

She was also involved in crisis management within the profession, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she contributed to organizing crisis-related accessories and managing supply tensions for essential medicines.

More recently, Blandine held the position of Director of Pharmaceutical Affairs, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) at NAOGEN PHARMA, a Manufacturer and Exploitant, by supervising and leading Quality activities in both operational aspects and their follow-up, particularly during external audits, as well as regulatory activities. She also contributed to establishing the Exploitant site, managing operational aspects such as pharmacovigilance, medical information, and promotional management, while overseeing a team of four collaborators.

Blandine joined the ATESSIA team in September 2024.
